Vienna International Minesweeper Meeting 2007 - Buffet and Prices

As every year I'll organize refreshments between the sessions. These will be available in the students room next to the computer rooms.

The budget is pretty low this year, so I don't fancy any cups or other prices - I'll have a look a couple of days before the tourny if there's money left for cups.
Also the T-Shirts will be organized differently this year. The reason for that is not the money but that it is an unreasonable amount of work to find out how many T-Shirts are needed and to find where to buy them for a reasonable price. Moreover I still have two T-Shirts from last year which were ordered but never picked up. So this year it will be handled like that:
Who ever wants a personalized Vienna 2007 T-Shirt needs to hand in a white (clean) T-Shirt before the end of the qualification sessions. The T-Shirts will be printed during the finals and handed back at the end of the tourny. In case something goes wrong with the printing, I'll have the two T-Shirts from last year as 'backup', so you might be handed back a different T-Shirt. There will be no refounds for handed in T-Shirts for what reason ever. (i.e. if someone brings a EUR 100,- desinger T-Shirt and one of my helpers forgets an iron on it, I need to prevent the budget from thick red figures).
