Windows Wallpaper Changer Version 0.4

I released version 0.4 of my Windows Wallpaper Changer. It includes the feature that sets the Windows desktop background color to an accurate value from the wallpaper set by the Wallpaper Changer.

The color set as desktop background is a color used in the picture set as wallpaper. In one of the next versions the color recognition process will be perfected so it will be more accurate for the human eye.
